Cordelia is designed like a palace. It is fit for its Shakespearian namesake, Princess Cordelia. The restaurant was established in 1999 in an ancient Jaffa building, its architecture inspired by classic French restaurants. Crystal chandeliers hang from the high ceilings, as well as candlelights, picturesque floor tiles, unique serving cutlery and an eclectic collection of objects and items from around the world decorating the room.
Cordelia's guests enjoy a luxurious experience – 'degustastion' (the French term for tasting) - seven classic French dishes combined with the chef's Middle Eastern touch.
Every month, the Chef updates the dishes according to changing trends in the culinary world, while incorporating savory flavors and ingredients and adjusting them to the Israeli palate.
